「The room could have been better. The pillows were lumpy and I found a couple of bugs in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.」

「The lady at the reception desk was so unfriendly and gave us a dark and damp, no- bathtub room at the ground foor. We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. We couldn't believe such a room was prepared at the rate fixed with Expedia !!」
