「Beautiful relaxing place」

「Nice check in & out staff. Nice sized room & comfortable bed. Floor was weird in hallway & room. We were on the 2nd & the floor felt creaky in the hall & really popped loud in the bathroom. Breakfast had several good hot & cold choices.」

「The lady at the reception desk was so unfriendly and gave us a dark and damp, no- bathtub room at the ground foor. We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. We couldn't believe such a room was prepared at the rate fixed with Expedia !!」

「This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was an incredibly disappointing experience. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with the springs pushing through the mattress, and the bed frame did not sit correctly on its support. Additionally, the room, pillow, and bedding all had a noticeable odor. The linens provided were mismatched in both material and size. Looked like they grabbed whatever was available at the goodwill. The TV controller and electrical outlets did not work, there...
