何度でも行きたくなる南国リゾート

ライフスタイルグループのリゾートがいくつか隣接しており、それぞれのレストランやプールを利用できます。敷地が広いため慣れるまで移動には苦労するかもしれませんが、シャトルバスの利用に慣れれば、問題ありません。 徒歩の場合は、ビーチ沿いを移動すると近いです。 部屋は掃除が行き届いており、快適でした。 スタッフも全体的に感じが良く休暇を楽しめました。 レストランでのディナーも、ビュッフェでの食事も全体的に美味しく満足でした。

The room conditions need some improvement. I reported twice an excessive toilet leak, coffee maker inoperable and the telephone didn’t work. These issues were not resolved. The refrigerator was only stocked once upon arrival.

Beach in this area is not great, food was mediocre, drinks for average guests lacking especially if you like wine. Have to attempt to book restaurants first night for entire nine day stay only to find out you really have to do it daily at a specific time of day. Finally did get non buffet restaurants booked but they were not great. Ok for price but expect this to be a three star resort and you should be good.

Book elsewhere or you will face many trails and tribulations. I started reading the reviews after booking and I wasn’t able to cancel so I decided to be optimistic. But EVERYTHING I feared took place down to the bugs inside of my husband suitcase, leaking ceilings, my daughter vomiting all afternoon and night after she ate lunch, room transfer. It was truly an exhausting experience.

I was checked into a dirty room and, when I went to front desk, I was sent to a guest services that had me waiting over an hour because the person who assisted me didn't provide the appropriate guidance to rectify the situation. They offered a deep clean of my room. Housekeeping stopped by but didn't do the deep clean, instead a quick wipe here and there. They offered to change my room the following day but I was only there for 2 days so that offer didn't make sense. They explained that no refund or discounts could be applied for the inconvenience so I was stuck with this situation and eager to leave. Bottom line, my vacation started off on the wrong foot and I was only there for 2 nights so I barely got to enjoy my time there. As I explained to the staff, this will be my first and last time vacationing here.

Not for anyone with mobility issues. All stairs and hills. Nothing indoors so if it rains your only option is a very small casino or the lobby bar at Tropicana. My partner slipped on wet lobby floor and broke his nose and we got no assistance. Luckily a guest was a Canadian doctor who assisted us. All 4 of us had food poisoning. Property smelled of sewage and mold. Mini bar in room never stocked. Unless you are a member you are treated poorly by staff. Beach was unusable. Waterfalls at pools weren’t on at all. Power continuously went out. Couldn’t get dinner reservations unless we ate at 9pm. Buffet constantly ran out of food and or wasn’t hot. Shuttle service was nerve racking with the drivers. I would not go or back or ever recommend this resort to anyone.

There was a leak in the ceiling and refused to move us into a different room. I was unable to attend to any of the restaurants that were in the resort “ I had to make reservations at 8:30am. I got there before 8:30am and told me they were booked out until the next week” Mind you, it was my 2nd day on the resort. I was very disappointed with my stay in the resort.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this resort. Upon arrival, the room was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom was dirty, the sliding balcony doors had no locks, the safe was broken, and the phone was not working. When I went to guest services, I was initially told that a room change was not possible. Only after insisting was I moved to a more acceptable room. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the resort were lacking. While the pools themselves were beautiful, there were very few pool and beach chairs available, only a handful at each pool, which made it difficult to relax. The same issue existed on the beach, where we were expected to rent chairs, which was frustrating. The food was average overall. I will say that the buffet staff were wonderful and provided great service. However, the à la carte restaurants were disappointing, both in terms of food quality and service. Overall, due to the condition of the rooms, lack of amenities, and inconsistent service, I would not recommend this resort.

1) I rented 2 queen bedrooms unit. They tried to put us in a 1 bedroom unit. 2) I ask for a ground level unit. They put us on the 3 floors unit. 3) they gaven us an tour of the resort to later offer us a highly pressured sales tactic time share unit.

The room was not cleaned. The bathrooms were filthy and the AC was not running properly. The beds were not sturdy enough to where most of the time they were making noise and the middle were sinking. We had to sleep on the corner to avoid further discomfort. The refrigerator in the room was not working so we had to move some of our stuff to the next room. The chairs were broken and we couldn’t seat on them. The beach view was alright however the currents were very strong. We try spending some family time at the VIP beach spa and one of the beds that are supported by cables snapped while we were laying on it.

During my stay, several serious issues significantly impacted my experience: I was without a functioning shower for two full days. For 2 more days, there were no towels in my room, and despite repeated requests, none were delivered. The air conditioning in my room did not work. My room key failed daily, requiring me to return to guest services multiple times each day for replacement. The television in the room was not operational. Guest services were consistently unhelpful and unresponsive, forcing me to visit the front desk 5–6 times per day to address ongoing issues. When I requested a room change due to these persistent problems, my request was denied without reasonable explanation. This level of service and maintenance falls far below acceptable hospitality standards. The time and inconvenience caused, combined with the lack of basic amenities, significantly disrupted my stay and rendered it far from the experience I paid for. In addition they take you on a 2 hour tour sales pictch to buy a membership. They dont tell you anything about it until your in it and dont let you leave. Food was terrible. They have many restaurants but your obly allowed to go to a couple then they only had 3 open a night which you had to make reservations to which was filled up until Saturday. I've traveled all over the world ans never experienced this many issues with NO help in making anything better. Worst trip ever and this was supposed to be a special trip for my child.

Water take long to get hot to bathe , place is very old . The room look like a up to date room . Food wasn’t that great . Experience wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t the best either
