「Pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The condo was well designed with large terrace - perfect for the gorgeous view. Kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook meals and there was plenty of storage for clothing and personal belongings. Infinity pool was spectacular along with plenty of seating options. Communication at the resort and across the 3 Abama resorts could be improved. 「三週間程前の予約で、五つ星ホテルの選択肢が他になかった為、当ホテルを選択。 スタッフのフレンドリーさは偏りがなく素晴らしかった。 何も言わなかったのに、チェックイン時に赤ちゃん連れだと判断し、ベビーベッドを入れてくれていた。 レストランスタッフも気が利いていて素晴らしい。 すれ違うスタッフ皆、挨拶を欠かさなかった。 赤ちゃん連れにも非常に親切。 シャワーの水圧も強く、シャワーヘッドも外れるのが良かった。 残念だったのが、バスルームの清掃が行き届いていないこと。 バスタブに立ち、たまたま壁の隅にシャワーがかかったら、黒い垢がボロボロ落ちてきて気持悪るかった。 大抵のホテルの風呂清掃は、スプレーなどを吹きかけて、拭いて終わりというのは知っているが、あれでもうホテルの風呂恐怖症になりそうだ。 また、レストランが３つしかなく、長い滞在では飽きてしまうだろう。 ただし、ビーチがすぐ側なので、ビーチ沿いのレストランも気軽に利用できる。 ホテル内のどのレストランでも、ディナータイムのドレスコード遵守は必須。」

「立地は最高でしたが、言い換えると周りにレストランが多く、 夜中まで音楽が聞こえてきて、うるさかったです。 ホテルのWIFIはあまり繋がらなかったので、プールサイドでネットを楽しもうと思ってたけど、できずにすこし残念。 」

「Enough space room, not big but nice pool and nice pool bar, I was satisfied everything in case of this price. Location was also good, very close to the beach area and a lot of restaurant. I recommended to visit local restaurants along beach side. For the young couple, it’s better to stay at las Americas area to enjoy night life, but for the family, here is good. Definitely I would like to use this hotel again.」

「Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Wenn man sucht, findet man immer etwas zu kritisieren. Auch hier ist nicht alles perfekt… wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Hotel für einen erholsamen, angenehmen Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet, die Anlage ist sauber und gleicht zum Teil einem Park mit Palmen und verschiedene andere exotische Pflanzen. Die Abendunterhaltung leidet ein bisschen bedingt durch die Architektur des Atriums mit (zu)...

「Mini disco is a perfect event for families with small kids. My kids were dancing every day. Dinner is buffet style. It is convenient to have meals at the hotel, but I would recommend having lunch & dinner outside. It is just 10 min walking distance from the restaurant area. 」
