「I booked a Queen bed and I was given a room with 2 twin beds, and there was a giant cockroach in the room, the room has empty shampoo dispenser and even I already paid, it’s past check in and I still waited for the room key and I also waited for the towel. My first 4 reservations in the past were 5 stars and my last experience was a horrible disappointment! I hope the hosts value consistency of quality not alllow deterioration.」

「The apartment is big and was very clean. What we loved the most was the location. It was close to the pier and lots of restaurants. I recommend it.」

「I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a...
