Pros: Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, lovely rooftop and garden lounge space, snorkel equipment and bikes for rent, great location. There was no hot water in my shower when I first arrived, Angel came and fixed it right away. Cons: I was in the room right across from the kitchen and it can be a bit noisy as there isn't much sound proofing.

The breakfast was delicious and served early enough so i could eat before my tour. It is close to town yet tucked away off the main area. The staff are super helpful. Grwat Hostel. The only downside is that the curtains in my room did not quit fully cover the window so it was bright all night.

Nice room with friendly staff and great AC. The breakfast was good as well. In our room, the light was blue for some reason which was pretty inconvenient, it made it hard to see clearly at times? I’m not sure what that was all about. We never asked. Very convenient location for the pier, the beach and walking trail nearby, and dining options. We didn’t need it but they rent out snorkels and bikes at reasonable prices as well.

My first time staying in a hostel and it was amazing close to everything. Do not worry if you think you’re far from the beach or where the animals and the seals are you are one minute walk from everything the place is immaculately clean cleaned our room every day no matter what time we left the breakfast is the best awesome awesome awesome five stars all around.
The view from the shared balcony absolutely amazing. You also have breakfast every day.

Great daily breakfast! The hotel is under renovation (nearly complete). Avoid rooms on the main floor (no view and depressing). Second floor is better but the third floor is nice. Terrace. No elevator though. Overall, good value for San Cristobal.

Very friendly and efficient staff, very professional. Great rooms, AC, clean, great breakfast to get you going. Lots of good information available there. Super nice outside sitting/dining. Very reasonably priced lunch too! Great value for the money.

Excellent place to stay

Great hotel to stay. close to everything. Room is clean and big. Shower is great. Service is excellent. 9AM check out is a bit too early if you have a 1PM flight, but I checked in alot earlier, so it is a wash. Overall, an excellent place to stay on the island, highly recommended.

Cute hostel with really nice staff. The outdoor area is great to relax in the hammoks after a long day exploring. The owner was kind and gave us recommendations on what to do. The rooms were spacious with decent on-suites. The breakfast was really good and free water was a bonus! Good location only 5-10min walk to the main shop area. Would stay here again

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy negativa. Desde el primer momento, el trato del propietario fue poco profesional: se mostró poco dispuesto a colaborar, con una actitud prepotente y poco respetuosa hacia los huéspedes. La habitación dejaba mucho que desear. No ofrecía la privacidad esperada, las gavetas estaban rotas, el baño no se encontraba en condiciones adecuadas de limpieza y la puerta tenía un espacio considerable con el marco, permitiendo el paso constante del ruido del exterior. Para empeorar la situación, el edificio estaba en construcción, por lo que el ruido fue permanente durante gran parte de la estancia, sin que esto fuera informado con anticipación. Por estas razones, no puedo recomendar este hotel. Afortunadamente, en la zona existen otras opciones con mejores instalaciones, un ambiente más tranquilo y un servicio mucho más amable y profesional. Espero que el establecimiento tome medidas para mejorar tanto la atención al cliente como las condiciones de sus habitaciones. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the very beginning, the owner was uncooperative, arrogant, and unprofessional, showing very little respect for guests. The room was far below expectations. It offered virtually no privacy, the drawers were broken, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a large gap around the room door that allowed constant noise from outside …….

There was person at reception during day hours, but if you arrive late, you preemptively can get their number and text or call for a $5 ride from Airport to Goshen. Staff very friendly and there is a filtered watering station in lobby. Our room had 2 beds and a private shower. Very clean. Nice pillows. No noise walls thick. Breakfast was good. There is coffee bar and bakery a block away. Yes, I would highly recommend

予約した部屋とあてがわれた部屋のレベルが違っていた。

私達が予約した部屋は以下の通りです。 シングルベッド 2 台 ガーデン ビューの 20 ㎡ の部屋 インターネット - 無料 WiFi お食事とお飲み物 - 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、および共用キッチン 寝具 - 高級寝具および羽毛布団 バスルーム - 3 室のバスルーム、シャワーおよびレインフォールシャワーヘッド 便利な設備 - デスク、アイロン / アイロン台 (要リクエスト) 実際は シングルベッド 2 台……ダブルベッド1台でしたが、これはよくあることです。 ガーデン ビューの 20 ㎡ の部屋……隣家の壁ビュー(約50cm)のスーツケースを広げる場所もない10㎡程の部屋 インターネット - 無料 WiFi……ほとんど繋がりませんが、ガラパゴスなので仕方ないでしょう。 お食事とお飲み物 - 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、および共用キッチン……部屋には何もありません。冷蔵庫も電子レンジも共用キッチンに1台ずつあるだけです。 寝具 - 高級寝具および羽毛布団……羽毛布団はありません。 バスルーム - 3 室のバスルーム、シャワーおよびレインフォールシャワーヘッド……バスルームはごく狭いのが1室だけです。 便利な設備 - デスク、アイロン / アイロン台 (要リクエスト)……アイロンはリクエストしていないのでわかりませんが、デスクと言えるような物はありません。 オーナーが私達の予約した部屋を把握していなかったのか、わかっていてこの部屋をあてがったのかは不明ですが、これほど予約した部屋とあてがわれた部屋が違ったは初めてです。正直返金要求したいレベルでした。

機会があればまた泊まります

路地に入るので夜は1人だと少し怖いです。 でもお水もあったし洗濯物も干せたしタクシーも呼んでもらえました！ドライヤーはありません。

Very small. Barely had room for luggage in the room. Bed was hard as a rock. Bugs in the room. Hot water came in and out. Got charged for my 1yr olds breakfast because we didn’t put that we had a kid with us. I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone
