Great, clean, and convenient place. Good location close to docks. Walkable to the Main Street. Hotel rooms clean with good service and breakfast. We stayed here two seperate times during Galapagos and would stay again.

Excellent location and comfortable room

Excellent location a short walk from the pier. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and they even included a small gift. Definitely will stay here if I return.

Lovely property in an excellent location right off the main pier. Nice pool and hot tub area with clean well air conditioned rooms. They use Elon Musks Starlink so the Wifi is great! Enjoyed omelettes, fruit, toast etc for breakfast and drinks at the bar. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

A very well maintained, beautiful hotel, located a 100 yards from both the main street and the beach promenade/shopping street. Some rooms overlook a narrow street with a tight S bend which can be a little noisy until the traffic dies down in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay here during a land based tour of various islands around the Galapagos. Enjoyed the pool and bar area after the days adventures. Close to the hustle and bustle of the Main Street without being right in the middle of it. My only complaint was WiFi wasn’t good in the rooms. Overall I would recommend

The location is the best, the staff is ok but room had not vent in the bathroom which is unacceptable, the AC did not work well, the breakfast buffet did not have coffee, just colored water with not flavor at all. I booked the hotel online and I wasn't advise that next to my room there will be construction work the hotel told me at check in🙄

Great stay!

Staff was very helpful and the Santa Fe tour we booked with them was excellent. You are less than 5 minutes from port if you arrive via boat. You are also about a 10 minute walk from main street that has lots of restaurants and bars. Definitely would stay there again.
