"Beautiful staff"

"My wife and I were delighted with our "villa" It was awesome, the patio, jacuzzi, bed, outside shower and private pool, and bar every thing was great and of courrse the little gifts in our room added a very elegant touch champagne, beach bag, fresh fruit etc Our concierge was excellent very attentive , heplful and accomodating. She help explained every thing that was includedin our reservation and made all the arrangements for all the specialty restaurants for the week she was great. Forgot her name 😥 Our room was made up every day and our bed had a different arrengement everyday heart, bow etc. Very classy I was a bit annoyedwith a couple of waiters and bartenders in the buffet and outside the buffet to whom we had to repeat ar reques a cople times because i dont know if they ignored us or they just forgot our request...it was untill they saw the tip that they change their attitude...not very pleased But overall we had a great timein our vacation Thanks Grand Sunset princess!"

"Property was absolutely! Tons to do, staff was so nice and welcoming, and food overall wasn’t bad! We had absolutely zero to complain about and would return again in a heartbeat!"

"Pros: trees, animals, pools, staff, large property, lobby décor, direct access to Xcaret park (great perk!), large dining buffet areas, drinks, family friendliness, room size Cons: salesy concierges in the buildings is annoying, food is "ok" but not great, room bathrooms could use some TLC/improvements, power was out for 1-2 hours at a time, hot water was out for a while too. Overall: I'd say it's a good value for the money spent! Kids loved it! Having the room that included unlimited Xcaret access was a bonus, as we went there 4 days on that alone."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our concierge Ivan was super helpful. He arranged our dinners and checked on us if we needed anything. Pools were great, food was delicious, and we enjoyed the daily entertainment. Very nice stay! "
