"I cannot express how excellent it was, the attention that the staff provided. It was my husband's bday and to our surprise, when we got back to the room we found a beautiful balloon arrangement! What a great detail! Communication was excellet, 100% and on point! If I ever come back to Cartagena, I will not stay anywhere else but here. As far as everything else, the location was excellent. We were right at the entrance of the historic center by the tower clock and within a short walking distance of Getsemani, a must do!
