「The maid came each day to bring new towels, replenish coffee supplies, and make the beds. The front desk was helpful in getting WiFi to stay on and providing tea bags. Parking space was reserved with room number right outside the door.」

「Our family summer trip was ruined by this hotel. The front desk was immediately rude and dismissive, acting annoyed when we asked about basic amenities clearly listed in our reservation. The room was a joke. We were given one king bed for multiple guests, and instead of fixing it, they blamed the booking site. The “extra bed” was a rusty frame with a sagging, broken mattress that no one should ever sleep on. Then came the deal‑breaker: bugs. On night one, ticks were crawling on the sheets....

「I loved being right on the water, the staff was amazing, and the indoor pool, sauna and cash bar was a lot of fun. I loved the laid back vibe, it’s more families that stay here. Many of my neighbors were repeat customers and were extremely friendly.I ate at the restaurant at the resort and the food was wonderful!!!! The only part I was not expecting was my room did not have AC. It may have been the type of room I chose and did not realize. I had a wonderful time there and would go back!」

「シーズン初めだったこともありゲストは私達だけでしたので、静まり返った大自然を心ゆくまで満喫。朝食はベーグル、マフィン、フラットブレッドなど充実しており、ヨーグルト、フルーツに数種のスプレッド、コーヒー紅茶と申し分なく、目の前に広がる絶景をため息まじりに眺めつつのんびり流れるブレックファーストを堪能させていただきました。スタッフの方々はフレンドリーかつ親切で、プロビンスタウンの素晴らしさをいろいろと教えてくれました。今まで訪れたホテルの中でも特に素晴らしく、オフシーズンプライスとは言えなかなかのお値段ですがその価値はありました。」
