"Very clean and centrally located in KDH. Comfortable space, kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the porch and outdoor space are very nice. Dogs loved the backyard access from the patio and Amber and Brett were very responsive and welcoming!"

"It was great! Plenty of room and then some. Clean. It is showing some wear. For example: one closet door was off hinges, kitchen cabinet door was broken, one of the ocean front rooms had damage that was in the middle of bing fixed (just dry wall no paint), sliding doors to the outside are pretty rough and hard to open and close. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating indoors and outside. Sofas and chairs are nice. The game room and extra tv room down stairs are great. "

"With less than 24 hours prior to traveling the 9 hours to our destination, the County advised us to delay our travel, WARNING of the major storm approaching with its dangerous winds, rain, and most importantly FLOODING of the property, its access roads, and parking lots. The host never responded to our distress call for help in rebooking or refunding.VRBO would not permit cancellation. The pre-purchased Insurance Claim was rejected immediately after filing within the week. I will not book again. "
