「Not enough towels lots of ants in room, the area was ok i guess seems pretty secured, no staffs latenights early mornings 」

「My wife & I spent 10 days here and had a wonderful time The owners live on-site & are very friendly. The entire staff is outstanding- friendly, engaging. The food was delicious, and the included breakfasts always started our island day on the right foot. The facilities were nice & well maintained. We also appreciated the semi secluded nature of the place- it was close to anything we wanted, but we were away from the crowds as well. Highly recommend!」

「Water was salty. Sometimes there's no hot water. But it's ok. The most irritating thing was the reception. They wouldn't try to solve your problems or apologize.」

「I loved the location of this property! The buildings themselves have so much potential. The insides are very outdated and run down. The coffee maker was burnt and stuck to the warming plate and the sheets had drains. BUT you can’t beat the location and super friendly staff. The pool was super clean and warm with a nice outdoor shower. I would definitely come back here if they lowered the price for current condition of the buildings. And I would bring my own sheets. You can’t beat the location...

「Andi the chef was fantastic and the restaurant and bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were amazing. The bungalow was clean, comfortable and quiet. The resort staff made us feel special! We were always greeted with a big smile and anything we needed was taken care of promptly. We will definitely be back!」

「My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see.」

「We were upgraded to the key side of Anthony's got ocean front was amaxing. Food all good we split our meals we didnt do all inclusive and saved money. People great and all dive staff.」

「Hotel was very well kept staff was great , the room was a bit small , no tvs. Location was ok , beach Sandy beach is ok , not enough places to eat , and you need transport to go to the main beaches and stores . Overall it was great .」

「Great property in a very central location in West End with the beach right across the street. Wonderful and kind staff. Very responsive to all of our inquiries. Very comfortable and clean room. We could hear the waves from our bed. Will definitely return!」
