"The cottage was very nice and clean. Short walk to the beach and private dock. The only thing that I would recommend are non stick pans in the kitchen. "

"Manny was always very responsive when communicating with him.Sandy Bay is a perfect place if you do not want the crowds of West Bay. The pier was perfect to swim off of and jump off of. There is also the Sol Y Mar beach club down the beach aways. Which you can visit. It has a good beach. With chairs and a bar.The air conditioners worked perfectly in the house. Which is hard to find in Central and South America, The beds were also comfortable.Fit our needs to a tee.I would suggest renting a car if you stay here. But there are a few places close by to eat at. Which you can walk to, But to explore the island. Having a car is the way to go."

"The apartment was in bad shape. The only hot water was the bathroom sink. There was bugs in the apartment. The furniture was falling apart. The apartment lucked like it was under Construction. I would not advise booking a stay here. "

"Great communication with the owner! This was our first time in Roatan. This was a perfect location to stay on the Island for getting around. Bungalow was within a 100' from the beach! Directions from the airport were spot on. I would definitely stay here again if and when we go back. I want thank Conrad for everything! The host Venessa reached out to us a couple times asking if we needed anything, which is very thoughtful!"

"Check-in was easy, we rented a car from Avis which was a smooth process. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make meals. The blender was poor quality, which was frustrating just because we used it daily to make protein shakes. It was nice to have laundry machines, to be right on the beach and be able to relax on the dock. The mosquitos and sand flies were pretty bad so make sure to wear bug spray. Within 15 min to many good restaurants, a local gym, recreational activities and shopping. The location was great. "
