The amenities were all under renovation so you local competition received much of our business for food and entertainment. It would have been nice to know about this in advance so we could have planned accordingly. The temperatures were 0 degrees so we would have preferred not having to go elsewhere. "We stayed with John on our college visit tour and this little gem was the absolute home away from home we needed. It was spacious and clean and the laundry /kitchen set up left nothing to be desired. All the small creature comforts were met too. Location felt safe and we were able to maneuver too many landmarks and lots of shopping too. Grocery store walkable distance. To top it all off, we left some things behind in our gracious host alerted us and shipped them to our house. I can’t recommend 34 Perrin more highly! "
