The front desk staff in my opinion is where this hotel drops the ball a little, I accept that from time to time folks have a bad day, and I am also certain that things happen out of anyone’s control, but the attitude that staff take to handle wha ever issues arise is what matters, and more then once I felt talked down to, and just not the way I would deal with things, they were always polite, to start and then just turn very abrupt. Again it could just be how I took it also. "

"No room service & cleaning; towels not replaced; no mini fridge … just an older hotel. Stayed to be close to the exhibition grounds for ConExpo. Would not stay there otherwise!"
