「Hotel is in a very good location. Restaurants are very close and Medical is across the street if needed. The staff is very helpful, friendly, Courteous and professional. The Hotel is really neat and has plenty of parking.」

I didn't think to look but never imagined a hilton hotel without one until now. The cabinet was door was broken in the room as well upon arrival. We opened it for the fridge and it just basically fell off. You could tell it wasn't attached to the hinge for a while now.」

「You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.」

「Not impressed with the room or amenities for the price. I felt penalized for not being Hilton Member. Was told the reason we were charged $4 for bottled water was because we were not members it would have been free otherwise. Felt forced to use Valet parking. Was given the option to use the back parking lot and when we did, there’s no entrance from the backside of the building. Had to walk all the way around Glad we didn’t use anything else!! Not the way to get someone to become a member!!!Paid...

「We were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arriving, we found that the bed sheets were visibly stained and appeared unclean. The condition of the bedding made us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not feel confident that the room had been properly cleaned. Because of this, we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations.」

「I really just came to sleep due to long drive. All the hotels are overpriced and booked because of the data center problem. This one was affordable. Very strange layout but it did the job. Water was hot, fridge was cold, AC worked, and door locked. I would stay again if back in Abilene.」

「Room had dirt and hair all over the floors. Hairs in the bed when i pulled back the blankets. Towels were stained with brown and black spots. Was very surprised that i did not find any bugs. There was left over food in the freezer. Sink water kept coming out the bottom of the sink if i had water running more than 30 seconds. Room and bathroom smelt like mildew. And worst of all i paid $100 a night plus $90 in fees. There is also no where to park and if you park next door you will get threatened...
