The staff was nice and everything was very comfortable. There was some sort of technical problem the second day and my door did not lock, but the staff took care of it right away.

I had to stay in Abilene for the night unexpectedly. I grabbed this inexpensive hotel and it was less than expected. Strange smell in the main lobby. Overall not very clean. Good area with lots of restaurant choices. Close to where I needed to be. Don’t expect much.

The property was close to shopping and restaurants. It was well managed, clean, and had nice amenities. Work is definitely needed on the bathroom, as my toilet ran frequently and the shower head didn't have enough water pressure.

The plunger for the sink stopper wouldn't work, so we had to pry the stopper out with our fingers in order to drain water. One wall sconce beside the bed had a damaged switch so couldn't be turned on. There was only one chair, a desk chair, in the room. The two coffee packets were both decaf. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the TV and wifi worked.
