「The staff's response was very kind and impeccable. I booked "2 double beds, pool view", but I felt the double beds were a little narrow.」

「Clean room, friendly staff and the a/c was perfect. Cons: only 1/2 of a shower door so water gets everywhere and there was an ice machine right outside of our room that was the absolute nosiest machine and it kept me up throughout the night. I almost went out and unplugged it until the morning 」

Private balconies are private to the room, but immediately connected to the next balcony, so not necessarily "private". 」

「Breakfast menu very good except for the surcharges on protein. Emaculate and comfortable room staff excellent. In Premier King, no view. No coffee maker but you can order room service$$. Restaurant and service top knotch. A beautiful step back in time and would highly reccomend the Virginia hotel to friends. 」

「Everything was clean, the staff was great as always, the view is excellent even from the first floor, and the kitchen has just about everything you need. But the property is beginning to show its age and could use a quick and cheap refurbishing on things like furnishings for the doors/closets/etc. The mattresses are old and feel old. The paint is coming off in places. It's just feeling old, is all. We love the place, for the record, and will definitely be back. But we'd like to see it...
