"The room felt somewhat outdated and the sleeping accommodations were uncomfortable. The king-size bed sat unusually low about 20 inches from the floor with the mattress placed on a squeaky platform instead of a box spring. The pillows offered little support, and the two Samsung TVs in the room were older models with poor, pixelated picture quality. Overall, the beautiful location was a highlight, but the room itself fell short of expectations."

"I was unable to plug my phone in on the nightstand unless the desk light was turned on, since the outlet appeared to be connected to the lamp. The nightstand on the other side of the bed did not have an accessible outlet because the bed was pushed against it, so nothing could be plugged in there. We also asked housekeeping for towels and coffee. We needed the extra towels because water from the shower leaked under the shower door and onto the floor. It might help if the shower head were angled more toward the wall or downward. It was positioned quite high, and since I’m short, the water was hitting me in the face. Housekeeping dropped off towels but did not pick up the wet ones we had left on the floor. They also brought coffee, but there were no cups or sugar provided. On a positive note, everything else was great. The room was spacious and laid out nicely and clean."
