The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent. "We had a clean room with a beautiful view of the Poppi castle and Tuscany landscape. The concierge recommended some incredible restaurants during our visit which were so good! The breakfast was basic but still good, and parking was readily available. Highly recommend! "

"We had a great stay in this hotel and are returning clients. The location is peaceful. The facilities of the pool ( indoor and outdoor) are great. When it rained the indoor pool was useful. The level of service and quality of food in the restaurant was great. We brought our dog and they even had a separate quiet restaurant area for those with dogs which we used both evenings. Overall a great stay, we will return. "
