「Check in was easy, friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Ample self parking, close to airport, highway and restaurants.」

「The place was a bit run down. Rooms were ok but sink leaked drawers did not close: day 2 not enough towels」

「The guy in the front desk was not friendly and behave unproperly to foreign visitor like me who cannot handle good command of English.」

「The room was alittle dirty, the floors were dirty. And the shower floor is blackened with dirt. The ceiling in the bathroom had some black spots on it I stayed in Room 311. Although it had a Good view of the parking lot. I liked the automatic curtains. And it would have been nice to have the Room card to put on the door so housekeeping...

「Comically close to the airport parking but we didn’t hear any planes. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly. Coffee and cookies every night. Iron Works restaurant attached to the hotel is a bonus. The breakfast at the hotel left a little to be desired but wouldn’t complain if it was free. 「After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process」

「All was fine. Little noisy at night.」

They put us in a room with 2 single beds rather than the King size that we booked. The only room that they had left was the handicapped room which was an inconvenience for us. We asked for a manager and of course no one was available and they said they would have someone talk to us before checkout but they did not. The next day while we were traveling...

「We stayed this hotel for business. Well cleaned suites were very comfortable for our exhausted members. A bit far from downtown, but some restaurant and supermarket are located at near this hotel. And we really enjoy a breakfast! That was so good!」
