Nice hotel in a great area for sightseeing

It is in amazing condition in that is rated as a 3 star hotel. It could not be improved. All was great.

Excellent hotel , we had a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was polite, welcoming and always happy to help, often going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. We were originally booked into Milan & Spa, but on arrival were placed in their other building/apartments, which was around a 15-minute walk away. At first, I wasn’t too pleased about this, but it actually turned out to be perfect. It was lovely and quiet, and within 15 minutes we were back in the main square, so it worked really well for us. The room was a great size, very clean, and had an amazing view of the castle. Breakfast was continental style with plenty of choice, and everything was fresh and very nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would 100% stay here again.

Very central, a shortish walk from the Piazza Bra' and the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely bathroom with colourful mosaic tiles and lighting over the walk in shower that could change colours. A pad by the bed to control lights etc - I'm a dinosaur so it took me a while to work it out. The hotel only serves breakfast, where there's a good choice. But there are restaurants nearby, including Bunch Republic next door.

Everything was very good, the staff excellent, very informative, from the moment we.arrived to leaving, it's such a lovely hotel to stay in and close to everyone. I don't usually give excellent but this hotel certainly is worth it.
