This place is the nuts no need to go anywhere else, spicy

It’s a functional city centre hotel. Rooms are small and dim. Could use brighter lights. Okays as a stopover, but not for any length of time. Hot water a luxury - be prepared to wait 5 minutes for hot water to arrive once the tap is turned on. It’s recently undergone a rebranding from Mercure, and it’s still undergoing cosmetic changes. Parking is expensive at 15 per night. Breakfast was average. Food okay, but limited choice and same choice each day. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Maybe over-pushing the “please leave a review” requests.

Was perfect for my business trip in Scotland

Lovely clean, quiet room. Usb phone charger in between beds wasn't working. Went to Reception, very helpful member had had box of spares, got sorted. Every area we saw looked clean and welcoming , definitely recommend staying.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat if you are using the Queen Street Station for trains or the Buchanan Street bus station. We had a quick overnight before flying out, and really appreciated how central this was. The staff were attentive and the room was enormous. Its a bit dated, and the accessible entrance to the lobby is actually around the corner, but overall we were really pleased with our stay and very comfortable in our room.
