"This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. The manager waited for us just a little after 9pm (which was the limit for the check in timing) and we highly appreciate that gesture The room was very clean and quiet, and we loved the decor (plus the banana bread!) "Truly a beautiful and old world look agriturismo. Felt like we were in an antique villa. Large room and excellent service. The owner is very nice and professional. Breakfast is home made, fresh, abundant and soooo good!!! 5 stars hotel except this little village outside of Bologna is nothing special. But the agriturismo is great and with great ambiance if you want to stay outside Bologna and take field trips from this location. Same hotel in Tuscany would be double the price."

"I absolutely loved this Hotel. It was quiet, quaint, and the breakfast was amazing. It's right next to a grocery store and about a 15 minute walk to a bus stop. I'm American, so I may be wrong about the bus stop. Always check. The room was clean and perfect. The staff were warm and helpful. I'm definitely coming back the next time I'm in Ferrara. Grazie! "

"My stay wasn’t the best as one can expect, to start with I was given a room without view. The cleanness of the room was fair by Italian standards. A night staff member was horrible as he racially profiled me. The rest of the staffs were great, as what you expect in a hotel of such standards. The breakfast was very basic and nothing to write. The business friendliness is great as they have few amenities and location of the hotel great. "
