Nice clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast . The rooms are good and clean. This hotel is far away from Ravenna and will cost you quite a bit too shuttle/ taxi to and from city. I believe it’s 60 Euros each way if you take the hotel Shuttle. We decided not to go back to Ravenna. Not far from the cruise terminal which worked well in the morning. Not much for restaurants or stores in the area.

This hotel was about 13 km from the train station in Ravenna. We booked it because it was relatively close to the cruise ship terminal and we had heard that taxis were sparse in Ravenna (it's true). The hotel booked us into a shuttle that stops at hotels and takes passengers to the cruise ship termainal! The hotel reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was comfortable. We stayed there 2 nights - and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was included in the hotel price. The hotel also offers a dinner which we enjoyed one night. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the beach.

This was a welcome retreat during the heat wave. The rooms are air conditioned and only a short walk away from the beach. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was provided in the morning and was fantastic. The staff were helpful and very attentive to our needs. This was an ideal location, as staff helped us arrange our transport to port in the morning prior to our cruise. Would highly recommend!

Was only there overnight, great spot lots to do wish had more time village atmosphere. Staff are great.If our flights & bus werent delayed we would have hsd time to use pool facilitues. We had dinner at hotel,good food & drink. , entertainment out front down stairs which went on to be karaoke .had a dance and a giggle .mef skme nicd people.Good breakfast. They arranged shuttle to port to board cruise.good value over all

This was a decent hotel to stay at before our cruise left. They had continental breakfast. Showers were weird as they were open and got the whole floor wet. Our Ac didn’t work well but joining room to kids did so we kept door open. Close walk to beach area which was nice. Decent area.

The property was very clean, and in good repair. The room was well appointed, with clean, fresh linens and towels. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good, with plentiful choices, and great coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. The one negative was that the air conditioner did not work in the room. Hallways and public areas were cool and comfortable, but for some reason that was lost in translation, the a/c in the hotel room could not be used. This was a real negative, as it was during a warm period that made rest difficult. I would have greatly preferred a situation where the room was comfortable for sleeping, but a little too warm in public areas. I was provided with a fan at my request, and it was recommended that I open the windows, which did not adequately address the problem. One of the specific reasons I chose this hotel was that it had air conditioning. I would not have chosen this place if I would have known it was not able to be used.

Fantastic - we will come back!

This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. I never write reviews but this property which is open all year round deserved my time to do so. Stay here - you wont be disappointed!
