「Staff really nice」

「The property has gone through a full renovation. Clean room, clean bathroom with excellent shower head and pressure. Location is good for Sussex County. Although, along a U.S. Hwy, it was quiet. And, I had a room closest to the highway, although well set back.」

「Upon check-in, Michele was very friendly. It was my first experience staying at a WoodSpring and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the property was. I was staying in town for a church conference and the location was just what I needed I will be staying there next year for conference as well.」

「Parking was excellent. There were only two other cars there all night. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Unable to get any hot water at all!! AC was good. No elevator that I ever saw. High ceilings so lots of stairs. Not good for handicapped.」

「I’ve stayed many times in past years and you can see the decline from when it first opened. I was in a two bedroom suite. Holes in the wall, fridge was dented, no real amenities to speak of. Waited 30 mins to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. When they did show up no apology and barely acknowledged me.」

「It was pajama day with the staff. They ye look was very unprofessional with bonnets and all. When we got to our room the beds were not made. We were given another room on another floor. When we went cut the new room 4 staff people were talking and laughing loudly. There was a strong fishy smell which one of the staff members said, it was her fault she was eating crabs in one of the rooms. When I asked if it was always loud there (a hint to them to quiet down) they said only in the weekend when...

「Would have enjoyed another hot item on the breakfast. Waffle machine or Biscuts & gravey? They had a quiche one day which I unfortunately missed. Pool was cloudy & no bubbles in the hot tub which was the main reason we chose this hotel. We do not mind reusing our towels, but with several people using the room, we needed more places to hang the towels to dry.」
