This amazing waterfront unit enjoys river views from every room. It comes with everything you need to get away from home, whether to work or play. Easily sleeps four and we have brand new king size beds!

There is a desk area with both wired and wireless internet if you need to use your laptop on the go. High end touches grace the living area and everything you need for a long or short stay is in this unit....It even has a WASHER and DRYER!

Many vacation rentals forget the details. Our unit also has an ironing board, blow dryer, blue ray DVD player. We have everything you need.....Just bring your clothes and food! We even have spices, sugar, coffee, oil etc.

This property has all the basics you want on a long stay whether with a family or friends. It's not flashy inside but is comfortable and well equipped. There are certainly places for improvement but for the money you can't beat it. The location is great with a covered parking spot. The complex has a communal grill right outside if you feel like grilling. Walking distance to the train station, easy access to I-5. Lots of food options you can walk to. Owner is great to interact with.

As some others have mentioned, there was some train noise and an occasional delay waiting to leave the neighborhood when a slow train was crossing, but we loved the place. Clean, quiet and lovely little view with a great walking/running path just outside.

We had a great stay at the condo while attending a conference for a week. Convenient, waterfront walkway to the convention center, downtown, or to transit if you need to get out further. Condo was nicely furnished and well-kept. Will definitely book again the next time we're in downtown Portland.

The place was super clean, very pretty, great comfy beds, pillow and sheets. Nice glassware and dishes was a surprise. We really enjoyed the place. Only downside was the train noise that was hard for a country bumpkin to get used to, but I eventually did. There was a cute little bar within walking distance. That was a bonus for a quick meal and drink.

Attractively furnished condo on the Willamette River with views of the boats and birds from both upstairs and down. Sunita has furnished the condo nicely and has basic kitchen supplies so you can do some cooking without needing to buy salt etc. - the chocolate is a nice touch too! Comfortable mattresses, convenient parking, and it was clean. In a great location where you can walk to shops and restaurants in the Pearl; it is right along a walking path. We enjoyed our four-night stay!

The condo accomodsted 2 couples comfortably. Very clean, with all amenities. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and other sites downtown. Spent each morning and evening enjoying the view from the deck. Sunny was great to work with , responding promptly to emails and calls. Designated parking a big plus! Thanks so much.

My husband, 15 yr old son, and I stayed here for a week the middle of March. It was perfect! We have family that lives in Portland and we plan on staying here again. The condo was just as pictured and described- new, spotless, lovely! It is a great location for exploring downtown, the Pearl district, and the Moda Center. The owner is maintaining this unit for her family and friends to use, so it is being kept in excellent condition and it shows. The owner is quick to respond to questions and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

This 2-story 2bdrm loft condo is furnished with everything you would ever need. The beds were comfortable. We felt safe and it was a quiet group of residents. The view of the river is beautiful and the walkway is very nice. Rainbow lights reflect in the water from the Moda Center every night. There are squirrels running around everywhere. The owner was a true pleasure to deal with, was available, but we were given complete privacy. We stayed for several months and really felt at home.

The unit was easy to find with the clear directions by the owner. The unit was well maintained and clean. There was a problem with the upstairs TV which the owner tried to resolve which was not resolved. However the owner was gracious by giving a box of candy. We enjoyed our stay.

I was attending a convention in downtown Portland, so this condo was located in a great place for me. The condo was clean and comfortable, with nice outdoor seating to appreciate the river traffic and activity on the riverside trail. Sunita made herself available by phone anytime and was very attentive to any questions that we had. If you like running, biking, walking along the riverfront trail, it's right outside the door. The unit is located within a short walk of Portland Union Station and the MAX rail stop next to it, so using public transportation around Portland is easy. Covered parking was very convenient across from the unit and was greatly appreciated with the congested public street parking. We'd recommend this property to anyone who would want a nice place to stay in the heart of Portland.

The waterfront condo was a perfect location for coming home after days of touring, wine tasting, and hiking in Portland and the surrounding areas. The bed was as comfortable as home, and probably one of best available through VRBO we've ever stayed. Super clean and quiet. We made easy dinners a couple of nights with a well appointed kitchen. Great views of the river and fun to watch the rowers, boats and crusiers pass by. There is a walking path that follows the river and is a short distance to downtown. We'd recommend a couple of places to eat that were fun experiences and delicious food - LeChon (Tapas) and Little Bird (French Bistro). Voodoo Dounts is hip, loud and sweet. Downtown is cool, but make the trip to Multnomah Falls and Thunder Island Brewery in Cascade Locks. The views were stunning. Though we didn't meet Sunita, we are thankful for sharing such a wonderful condo with us!

We just returned from an 8 day family trip of 4 adults to Portland, and were delighted to stay at this condo which is in the best location. We could not get over how many festivals and events that Portland has everyday, and we really enjoyed walking by the river. Don't miss the Saturday market and drive out to the Columbia Gorge to see the awesome falls. It was so convenient to have a covered place to park our rented car. The condo has everything you need including fast internet, flat screen TV's and a fully stocked kitchen. The TV upstairs did not work the first day, but I contacted the owner and it was taken care of by the next day. We cooked in for breakfast and a couple of dinners, and used the outdoor grill to grill some steaks. We found a fish market called ABC Seafood Company that sells fresh and live fish where we purchased some fresh Pompano and striped bass to cook one night, and it was wonderful. The owner really takes pride in her property and it shows. Everything is very clean and she even stocked the pantry with olive oil and spices. She also had purchased a package of coffee and chocolate bars which was such a treat. The only comment I would have is that she did not have room for a dining table, but did have 4 stools by the kitchen. However she does have a table and chairs out on the patio. The bedroom downstairs had a chest of drawers, but did not have one upstairs. However there were shelves to put your clothes, and it was great to have a combo washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable, but the towels could be upgraded as they were a bit rough. We had a great time in Portland and would highly recommend her condo.

I would like to first apologize to Sunita for the delay in writing this review... I recently vacationed in Portland with my boyfriend and my parents. This was our first trip to Portland and it couldn't have been better! This condo is in a great location. Not only does it backup to the river, but it is walking distance to downtown Pearl and other great neighborhoods. If we needed to venture further, we simply hopped on the PDX public transit. It was so incrediblty convenient. Advice to future renters: download the public transit app on your phone. You simply type in your destination and the app will advise of the best transit route. We did not rent a car, except for 2 days when we hiked the Columbia River Gorge, which was only about a 45 min. drive. In addition to the great location, this condo had just about everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. It was so convenient to have a fully stocked kitchen, minus the food, of course. We walked to a grocer on day 1 and stocked up on a few essentials. Sunita was also kind enough to provide us with Portland's famous Stumptown coffee and some other yummy snacks. I must say this was a much better deal than staying in a hotel! Not only did it have the necessary amenities, but the price was simply lower than any hotel that I was able to find. With all of that said, I think the ONLY downfall was that the upstairs master suite did not have a door. This was really only an issue if the upstairs guests wanted to go to bed before others in the group. The sound seemed to carry. This was a very minor issue and we were able to resolve the issue with ear plugs. Thank you again, Sunita, for your hospitality. We will definitely be back!

We were here for a little over two months while my daughter was at a local clinic. The property is beautiful and well maintained with a small grocery and restaurant basically on site. A pedestrian bridge right across the street takes you direct to the Pearl district with tons and tons of dining and shopping as everything is starting to open back up. Washer and drier worked great as did all the kitchen appliances. Everything was well maintained. The view of the river from inside and on the two decks is right across from Moda Center and Steel Bridge. The lights on Moda at night were fun, and there was always something going on to watch in the river. Property felt very safe and the parking slot was super convenient. Sunny the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean condo and responsive owners. Got everything we need in the condo (except for a dining table). The main down side is that it's right across the river from industrial area and the view outside was a bit depressing. We ended up not using the decks at all - there are no chairs outside. The main reason we got this condo was its waterfront location so we were a bit disappointed.

Perfect location. Our 30 yo son was with us and he has the privacy of the entire 2nd floor. We had the master bedroom on the 1st floor. River view from the deck. Easy access to the the riverside paved trail that we walked each morning. Central Portland is less than a mile away. Plenty of space and comfortable furniture and beds. The only negative was the very squeaky sound of the trains even though they were half a mile away. They were running all night which is a good Econiomic indicator that freight is moving but at times challenged my sleep but did not bother my wife or son. Finally our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until after midnight. It was difficult to find the apartment because the street address is on the major avenue while the community is on a small street closer to the river. I suggest better directions to turn into the security gatehouse.

Very convenient location...nice walking trail right outside the unit with easy access to Waterfront Park, Pearl District and Downtown...river views from the living room and both decks...a little noisy (trains) at times, but generally an enjoyable stay.
