    • No pets. I have a no pet policy to help maintain a pet allergy free environment.
    • Beautifully restored 1915 Craftsman home...
    • Gas fireplace...
    • Luxurious, fully furnished, & impeccably clean house.
    • Close to everything!!
    • Large Master with King bed, 70” TV, table and seating area.
    • Large Queen bedroom with desk and comfy chair for relaxing.
    • Third bedroom has two Twin beds, interior design style, a 48”TV with Roku, study bar table & stools.
    • Fourth bedroom- Queen en suit. Connected bath located on the main floor with French door to the beautiful back yard and decks!
    • New furnace/AC unit. House stays cool in the summer and warm during the winter.
    • 100 year old floors recently re-finished. Please no shoe.
    • Driveway off street parking
    • Free street parking
