Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to both apartments. Each has its own entry directly from the street. The units connect internally through a door between the two upper levels, allowing easy movement while still providing separation when needed.

• There is no dedicated parking, but metered street parking is available nearby (card + Parking Kitty app)

• No washer/dryer in either unit—laundromat within walking distance
