Welcome to Casa Felice (Happy House!)

This lovely non-smoking home has high ceilings, huge windows, 2 spacious bedrooms - master with a new king bed, guest room with a queen bed and desk. 2 full bathrooms, gorgeous dining room, quality furnishings, well equipped kitchen, separate big screen TV room(this is a converted 3rd bedroom), fireplace, huge private patio in back yard, private driveway for parking. Sleeps max 4 people.

We have a full sized washer and dryer for your use. Wifi, cable with over 140 channels. We provide coffee and dry creamer. Hairdryers and shampoo/conditioner - provided.

Charming quiet neighborhood. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, and a grocery store. And don't miss the food carts within walking distance!

An 8 minute stroll through Westmoreland Park, a block away, takes you to MAX Light Rail that can get you around Portland, even to the airport! Uber is also very convenient if you don't want to rent a car.

Awesome location! Our home is very comfortable and we hope you love it as much as we do and care for it as if it were your own.

Our 3rd year at your Sun-filled charmer
As always everything was perfect from the minute we opened the door. Love your house which is so accommodating and spotlessly clean. It has everything that we could ever need. We have voted the landscaping and patio as the by far the best in your neighborhood. We also love your location as we can walk to charming shopping areas and there’s a great park just a minute away for our grandkids. We are hoping that we will always be able to return to your beautiful casa when we return.

A place to call home
We truly enjoyed our stay in Casa Feliz. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, very nicely decorated with attention to detail. The backyard and front porch had plenty of shade for those hot days! We had a minor issue with one of the TV’s and the manager and owners immediately resolved it. A great neighborhood with easy access to town and a beautiful park just down the block! We will definitely plan on staying there again!

Great Home is a Wonderful Neighborhood
We had a wonderful stay in this charming and spacious Sellwood home!! The host gave us precise instructions on how to access the home which was a plus in our book. The home was very comfortable and decorated with care. It had a wonderful air conditioning system that was very efficient and quiet. Its close to many shops, great restaurants and Westmoreland Park. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Home
The property was perfect for our needs. It is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood that has very well-kept property. A park is quite close and well-worth the few steps it takes to enjoy it. The home itself is comfortable, with enough space for everyone to spread out if desired or gather in a nice-size living area.

Lovely spring break vacation
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Felice visiting family over spring break. The house was in the perfect location right by the park which is beautiful this time of year for walks and a very natural and inviting playground. The house itself was very clean and even roomier than we expected. It is well-decorated and well-appointed with plenty of space around the dining room table. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house was very quiet - especially for being so close to the shops and restaurants on Milwaukee. It was a quick walk to anything we needed and the shops were fun to explore. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely aim to stay here on our next trip to Portland.

Cute abode for old friends to get together to visit a sick friend in Portland.

I can't say enough about this house! We simply loved our stay. The house was immaculately clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The house was the great layout for our family, spacious and comfortable. the host was attentive and friendly. Honestly, as long as the house is available I will always rent this for Portland trips.
