Elevator broken and the toilet was flushing slow. Bath tub was caved in so water didn't drain all the way. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Gym was good and well maintained. Kai was very informative and helpful.

It’s really disappointing to book a suite and find that there isn’t actually a separate bedroom. A half wall barely separating the bed from the sofa doesn’t feel like a true suite to me, and it makes me question the point of calling it one. The gym was pretty mediocre and definitely looked like an area that hasn’t had much money or attention put into it. The pool has also seen better days and could use some updating. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, the service was a highlight, but the room layout and some of the amenities were disappointing.
