The Space:

GROUND FLOOR

• Private exterior entrance with smart lock

• Entryway with coat rack, table & mirror

• 1 large bedroom w/ Queen bed, curtains, dresser and mirror

• Attached MIL/Studio suite with internal door to townhouse & exterior door on opposite side of building

• Suite includes kitchenette with tableware basics, basic appliances and a bathroom with full size standing shower

• Mini-splits in both rooms for both cool & heat

• Stairs to 2nd floor



2nd/MAIN FLOOR

• Soaring wood-beam ceilings and herringbone floors define this bright and open level.

• Open layout kitchen/dining design with plentiful cookware & tableware

Walk to Salt & Straw for inventive ice cream flavors, grab brunch at Tin Shed Garden Cafe, or enjoy local beers at Great Notion. On Last Thursdays of the month, the whole neighborhood turns into a lively open-air art walk with music, food, and local vendors. Alberta Park is just a few blocks away for green space and a relaxing stroll.



Here, you're just 15 minutes from downtown and the airport—close to everything yet tucked into one of Portland's most beloved residential pockets.
