「The hotel is in a great location for exploring Ponta Delgada. We were very comfortable in our room with the added luxury of a small terrace with climbing vines for reading and sitting in the sun. The breakfast was wonderful which included many options, all delicious. The restaurant and cafe were great also. 「The room was clean, bed was super comfy and staff was friendly. They offered tea, coffee and water downstairs. They helped us book a tour around the Ponto Delgado last minute! Super convenient location downtown near shopping, restaurants and pier. Breakfast had a cute set up, numbering your tables and changing them daily so you sit in different spots. They had homemade yogurts that amazing! And great selection of foods. And the music set a wonderful tone for breakfast. Will be returning to this...

「My flight was canceled and then canceled again due to the weather. Ended up spending an extra 5 nights in Ponta Delgada. Found the hotel via Expedia. Beautiful hotel! It looks brand new. Property is very well maintained. Rooms are very very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool looks nice but it was too cold for a dip. The spa is very nice. Must wear a head cap if you use the indoor pool. Hotel is downtown and walking distance to many shops and great restaurants. ...

「Overall a great experience. The check in process was not. The link to leave the security deposit had expired and it took 2h to get in touch with the company. Once we did though it was smooth sailing. The breakfast was great and the head staff was awesome. She made sure that we had everything we needed. For anyone who gets motion sickness this is NOT for you. The boat is constantly moving and rocking. 」

「Great hotel that ill gladly be staying at again when traveling to Sao Miguel, the cleaning staff did great and were friendly, pastries/tea were always loaded in the kitchen, and the convenience of being so close to everything was great! I will say the elevators were a little sketchy sometimes on one occasion suddenly stopping on the 18th floor then not moving for a few seconds then taking us down to the parcade..but that i think was more of a building issue, the hotel was fantastic and i cannot...

「I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre.」

「Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Premium Villa. Die große Sonnenterrasse mit viel Sonnenschein und eigenem Whirlpool haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und war sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die wirklich schlechte Kaffeemaschine von Nescafé. Diese sollte dringend gegen einen echten Vollautomaten ersetzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, da das Hotel direkt hinter einer Schnellstraße...

The food at the restaurant and bar was very good and diverse. The on site parking made traveling easy and its location in city center made exploration of Ponta Delgada a breeze.」

「My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. I appreciated being able to do my laundry easily with the machine in the garage and the estendal in the closet. It was very close to universidade do Açores, which we needed. But also close to other more tourist things like the seaside and the beautiful church. Really the only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom doesn’t have a fan for ventilation, but very small since you’re not in a bathroom for very long anyways.」

「Cet hôtel est un petit bijou! Un endroit serein, paisible le avec un personnel attentionné. Les installations sont superbe surtout le bain chaud dans la serre d’ananas. Je recommence fortement le drain lymphatique, un moment de pur détente et de bien-être. L’emplacement est idéal, très proche de la ville et en même temps très reposant au milieu de ce beau jardin!!.」

「A little disappointed with the hotel. Not sure about it's four star rating. The lobby looks spectacular but doesn't hold up to closer inspection. The leather in the armchairs is splitting and needs replacing, and the chairs in the bar are dirty at the top where people handle them. In my room there was a lot of scuffing to the furniture and the fridge needed a good clean in the trays on the door. I reported a curtain partially off it's rail three times and it wasn't fixed.
