「Room very clean and smelled great! Check in process easy and very communicative from staff. Was only there for a night with early am flight but they made sack lunch/breakfast for me which was thoughtful. Best part in the lobby there’s a kitty he run the place :) Will definitely book again 」

「Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.」

「Stayed here for six days in early February. It was terrific. Comfortable modern room. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. I found it very quiet. Bathroom was great w rainshower. The windows opened and heating/air quiet and effective. Beautifully remodeled old building w lovely history. Close to grocery, city center and large harbor. Patricia was kind, helpful and non intrusive. Perfect for me. 」

「We had an amazing 2 week stay at Island Bliss. It is really well maintained hostel, if it can even be called that. It felt more like a hotel! The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you can think of. The room & bathroom are cleaned daily making for a very comfortable stay. Very central & free parking lot nearby.
