Great place!

The house was absolutely stunning, close to the pool, and close to town where we enjoyed trying new restaurants. The beds were comfortable and so was the couch. Each kid got to watch TV in a separate room if needed. There was also a screened in back patio that brought such serenity to my mornings that I wish I had one at home. The communication was excellent, we got notified when the house was ready and a notification on what to do before we left. It was an amazing place overall and we will definitely be going back!

Work in Port ST. Joe

The house is brand new construction. I was amazed as to how big it was. The main house is a 3 bed room 2 bath and it has an in-law quarters with a separate sitting living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a King. Way more house than i needed but it was perfectly located down the street from the project I'm working on Windmart North Beach Access Pavilion and Pool area. Will definitely stay again.

Quiet and Peaceful

House is very comfortable. Really liked the screened in patio. A mini blind or curtain on the front door would be good. Directions to get to the beach would be good too.
