「Family & Pet Friendly, excellent communication from host. Excellent place to stay!!」

「We enjoyed our stay! Great place to stay with young children.」

「Beautifully decorated, fenced in yard a plus for pet owners! Located walking distance to downtown area as well as driving. The host was fantastic! Lots of little extras in the cottage - not expected but appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.」

「The house was great! Plenty of space. Had everything we needed! The golf cart was definitely an added bonus!」

「Proximity to the beach is amazing. The property was exactly as described in the listing. Will consider staying here again if/when we come back to Port St. Joe.」

「The cleanliness of the house needs improvement. Especially the floors we all had grocery store feet during our entire stay. There was not enough towels for twelve people (six adults and six children). We requested and promised towels as soon as possible but they never appeared. So laundry was performed every day. Also we had to tighten up the bunk beds, since they were very loose, unstable, and unsafe before the children could sleep. Luckily we had the tools in our service truck to correct and...

「The home is spacious and very clean. Veronica had lots of amenities and things to make the beach house feel like home. The beds were comfortable and soft. The home is a short walk to the beach. The beach was so family friendly, which was a pleasant departure from the other overcrowded beaches. Our kids loved every minute of the beach! The town, and close by Port St. Joe, is cute and relaxing. There were plenty of unique and local places to eat and shop within a reasonable distance. We were very...

「Beautiful home, easy check-in, all amenities were provided. James was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The Windmark Beach community is a family friendly area, and the shops and restaurants within the community are very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and playground and taking walks on the many paths and trails. We plan to return soon!」

「Very clean. New construction. The host was very professional and very available if needed. We enjoyed our stay.」

「The people running this rental were fantastic to deal with and it's clear the care they put into what they do. Wonderful location for visiting the area」

「We loved our stay. The location is perfect and the view from the bedroom balcony is lovely. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the day at the beach and relaxing time indoors. The bathrooms were all set up with soap and shampoo, which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of room to spread out and our college kids loved the pickleball courts and pool at the property. We will definitely be back.」

「Excellent, clean, and comfortable property only a few minutes walk from the beach. Best place i have stayed in the Cape in the more than twenty years we have visited.」

「Close to all the best places, spacious, clean, and cozy! Thanks for the hospitality!」

「We enjoyed our stay and found the home clean and comfortable overall. The host was very communicative and responsive, which we appreciated. Having the golf cart was a great perk and made getting around the community fun and easy. We only visited one pool, but it was very nice and refreshing! One thing to be aware of with larger groups and diff bedtimes is that sound carries quite a bit throughout the home due to the mostly hard flooring and limited rugs. We could hear those staying up later even...

「The house is a lovely home Will stay in again」

「Have you ever traveled to a place with your family, only to discover they don’t have a blender, coffee maker, filters, or even an air fryer? Well, this location was meticulously assessed by a professional host. They provide everything you need for your vacation, from liners for the air fryer to a nice coffee station. They even have a highchair available if you bring an infant. The place was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Communication was seamless, and everyone in my party...
