「The place was not clean. Cleaning crew did not change bedding. Lots of repairs needed to the place. Owner/manager was very receptive and communicated well. Offered to send over new linens. During our stay owner/manager had new roaster and coffee pot delivered. It just needs a good repair week and deep cleanI suggested the cleaning crew be replaced 」

「The place is nice. Tried to check in a little earlier, but rental manager was not able to help. Clean, although inside garbage can lid smelled due to food debris clung to it. The little details matter, no shampoo or conditioner was a little disappointing. Overall, very nice place to stay. Thank you for renting your beach house to us.」

「Fantastic location with easy access to the beach. Safe neighborhood. Lovely property. Nicely decorated. Excellent outdoor space. You can even see a partial view from the front porch. Perfect for two people. One bed decent, the other hard, but that is a personal opinion. Better than average kitchen essentials( although I suggest you bring larger tongs for grilling) The oven was the only negative. Needs to be replaced due to the temperature control not being readable and the stovetop heating...

「We loved our stay at Sunset Martini! Highly recommend for families looking for a beach getaway without the crowds. The house is stellar and the neighborhood was everything we could ask for. Beach days were made easy with the provided amenities and private boardwalk. The cherry on top was our host! She was attentive and truly cared about our vacation experience. 」
