After that, she decided to serve beer to a customer who arrived after us instead of checking us in. The room smelled strongly of dampness and sewage, but when we brought it to the staff’s attention, no one seemed concerned or took any action."

"## Perfect Beachfront Getaway! Our stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo was the perfect beginning of our summer vacation. The location offers the perfect balance of immediate beach access and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere away from the crowds.Here were some of the things we loved:* The condo was spotless and beautifully maintained upon arrival.* Host Communication: The host offered excellent, prompt communication before and during our stay.* Plentiful Parking: Parking was incredibly easy with plenty of open spaces available.* Easy Access: The building elevator made moving luggage and groceries effortless.* Great Amenities: The pool was a fantastic way to end a day on the beach. * Fully Equipped Kitchen: all the appliances and plenty of cookware made dining in easy.* In-Unit Laundry: Having a full-size washer and dryer was incredibly convenient for wet towels.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free beach vacation. "I read all the other reviews before booking. I found the the home to be very clean, and there was more than enough toilet paper. The price was also unbeatable for the area, you can't get a better deal. You really don't have to leave the neighborhood, everything you would want in a beach vacation is on site. Screen shot door and pool codes before you get to there, phone service is spotty in the entire area, even AT&T but you'll experience that everywhere you go in Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. Also good to know, the time will change frequently from one pool chair to the next. I was wondering why I thought it was 3:00 and a few minutes later it was 2:00 and a half hour later it was 3:30. The neighborhood is literally sitting on central time and eastern time zone line. I gave up trying to figure out what time it really was but, if you're on vacation whats it matter!! Would definitely recommend this home."
