Bay Breeze is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome located in the gated beachfront community, Barrier Dunes, on the northern end of Cape San Blas. The 3-story home was recently remodeled and features brand new furnishings and exquisite oversized screened in deck with views of St. Joseph Bay. Bay Breeze has a great private location backing up to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and is a short walk to all the neighborhood amenities, including two pools, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, and multiple beach access points.

The Bed Set up:

Bedroom 1: Second level, bunk room
Bedroom 2: Third level, Master Suite w/ Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Third level, Master Suite w/ King Bed

Layout: 1st level- carport for 2 vehicles and entryway. 2nd level-open floor plan with brand new furniture, large smart tv, dining table for 4, fully stocked kitchen and island seating for 2, oversized deck with grill and seating for 6, full bathroom and double/twin bunk room, and smart tv. 3rd level-double master suites with king beds, smart TVs, private baths and balconies, laundry room.

Also, if you need some additional space but maybe want it to be a bit separate, look at renting the unit next door, Barrier Dunes 166 - 143 Bay Watch.

Area Attractions:
Cape San Blas is a 19-mile long peninsula tucked between the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay. The Cape is anchored by the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, a wonder of nature. Many visitors choose to vacation in Gulf County because of the abundance of outdoor activities at the State Park, right next to this community.

Quick Girls Getaway

We had a great stay. It was a little chilly, but we were still able to enjoy the beach and watch the beautiful sunset. The townhouse was the perfect size for our group, plenty of seating in the living room and outside. Awesome views of the bay where you can watch beautiful sunrises. Gated community with code access, really easy to find and navigate through. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay!

This was our 4th time to the Cape, and among the best of the rentals we stayed in. Everything was clean and well organized. Both the heat and the AC worked well (the weather was in the 40's when we arrived, but the 70's when we left). Beds were comfortable, and the unit was quiet.

Our second stay

This was our second time at this condo. First time it was nice, clean and great experience! Second time around the carpets are gross, the grill was unusable b/c it was so disgusting and the coffee pot had left over coffee in it that was so hard and nasty! Not sure how long it was in there for! They need to get a new cleaning crew!

Expectations met and we enjoyed our visit

Pictures and description are accurate. It was a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The beach was amazing!
