"You know how you see pictures of a rental house and when you show up the house looks nothing like the pictures? This was not the case at all here and the house did not disappoint. The communication of necessary info was very timely and arriving/departing was a smooth process. The house was cleaner than other rental houses I’ve been in (had some leftover gunk in the bathroom, but otherwise the rest of the house was pretty pristine). It had pretty much all the amenities you could ask for on a vacation and even some thoughtful touches like beach chairs, games to play with the family, and I personally loved that there was some cleaning supplies in the house so you could wipe things down a bit upon arrival. We were very pleased with this house and I would highly recommend. It was about 12 minutes away from the Marine Corps base so it was super conveniently located. "

"Very clean and roomy, nice and large kitchen with everything that is needed and extra seating, check in process and communication with the host was great and host was very accommodating. The Home was exactly as described and decor was cozy and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and linens/towels were soft and exceptional quality. The shower(s) and bathrooms were spacious and refreshing. Multiple TVs in the house was a very nice feature. The house itself was in such a quiet and welcoming neighborhood as well. The front porch was a nice and relaxing retreat and the yards were perfect for our little dog. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a great time at his property. It has everything you would need for a nice trip. Port Royal/Beaufort area has a lot to do and some great restaurants but plan ahead because they get busy! Fabulous farmers market close by on Saturday mornings as well. Bring your bike, the area is not super walkable due to the lack of sidewalks between the house and the downtown area. Larger cars are hard to park under the trees out front without blocking the neighbor- just something to keep in mind!"
