Would be perfect for families in town for USMC boot camp graduations at Parris Island as the property is approximately 5 minutes from the base gate."

"We had a great time at his property. It has everything you would need for a nice trip. Port Royal/Beaufort area has a lot to do and some great restaurants but plan ahead because they get busy! Fabulous farmers market close by on Saturday mornings as well. Bring your bike, the area is not super walkable due to the lack of sidewalks between the house and the downtown area. Larger cars are hard to park under the trees out front without blocking the neighbor- just something to keep in mind!"
