a Cozy Little Cottage with the Nice View of the Surroundings

"This was an excellent choice for my solo trip to the area. Homey style, and while there are other rentals/owners on the property, I did not feel like I was on vacation with others there. The family was nice, good with communication all via app or text. It had everything I needed, wifi, kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I didn't use it, but there was also a TV. Shower and bathroom were clean, towels provided along with mini toiletries, though I brought my own. Close to town and veiw of the river."

"Our last 3 stays here have been a mixed bag. We’ve stayed in one remodeled room we loved, one room that was a disappointment, and this one which was “OK.” This time we stayed in #110. It was on the ground floor and close to the lobby, pool, and ice machine. From our room you could walk straight out onto the grass by the river. There was a great view. Unfortunately the tile floor was very dirty, and quickly turned feet and socks brown. The rest of the room was fine. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We also were disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated."

"There needs to be information in the rooms about amenities, locations, hours, etc. example: location of ice machine. Hours of hot tub. Hours of breakfast. Also, the Light show. Describe what it is. It wasn’t just a light show, it was movies as well. Additionally, after the show is over, turn off the lights. People want to enjoy the ocean and the sunset and not flashing lights in their view. The room was nice. Very comfy bed. Get rid of the bed frames that protrude out. We hit our chins on them several times."

"This was welcome surprise to see this place turned out better than expected. Homey, clean, and great for family and kids. Our kids loved exploring in the river and catch frogs, salamanders, and anything else that moved. Was an absolute win! We also enjoyed heading into town and going to the beach as well as the nearby lighthouse. I would definitely stay again."

"What a sweet lil gem ! Anyone that likes to fish, hunt or just kick it on the river, this lil cabin spot is the place to be. Great hosts very peaceful and quick lil walk to town if needed. Will be back"
