"Awesome stay! We loved this old house. Plenty of room for everyone and the fenced yard was perfect for the pups. The location was great and made it easy to walk to the beach or to the store. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed! Will be staying again!"

"The place was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-stocked. Comfy beds. Open feel and cozy fireplace. Our dog was well-supported with an outdoor kennel if we needed. Location was fantastic - the great view from the window paired well with morning coffee and sunset appreciation. Although not beachfront, we felt close enough and had several choices for easy access within minutes. We definitely want to come back!"

"The home is very nice and is convenient for a gathering of family and/or friends. The yard is not groomed but the fire pit is a nice addition for evenings around the fire and for making s'mores. The lid on the hot tub was broken but was being replaced. All in all a nice stay for our family!"

"This vacation property felt so new, comfortable and clean. Plenty of kitchen tools available if you choose to eat in. So nice that it was dog friendly do we could bring our pup along. Close to newport for the bigger city activities. They're also putting in a put put course right across the street. "

"Love the place , only thing is if it’s hard for you to walk up and down stairs maybe this is not the place . If that’s not an issue it’s an awesome place . Really love how everything is walking distance for shopping and food . "

"This location was located right off the beach. The house was extremely clean and equipped with everyone you need, including a coffee grinder, griddle and a grill. Would definitely stay at Sweet Homes properties again. The dog treats left were a really classy touch! "
