The air conditioning was blowing directly to one of the bed and cannot be redirected to different angles.

This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

Great location for arrival or departure by train or water taxi. Rooms were lovely. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very helpful and attentive.

Staff was lovely! They were helpful in finding transportation for us. They made it easy to get to the airport. While it was a tad expensive. We like the location and it was easy walking to get to the main attractions.

Very romantic beautiful property. Excellent staff. We really liked the location where we could walk to local neighborhood restaurants and squares away from too many tourist.
