In the hills above the coastal resort of Riva Ligure Pompeiana is a small medieval village called Pompeiana, surrounded by olive gardens, flowers, plants and vegetable gardens. In summer Mount San Bernardo provides Pompeiana with a wonderful cool breeze and in winter it offers protection from cold winter winds. The agro-tourism of Silvia and Nino is situated just outside the center of Pompeiana. Here there are palm, mandarin and lemon trees. The area consists of a few hectares, or about 15,000 m2. There is a small wine garden and vegetables and fruit are grown here as well. The family loves to receive guests, so you will enjoy a warm welcome and are sure to receive truly excellent personal care. In the immediate environment you can enjoy the country life with lots of peace and quiet as well as fresh air. You can go riding, walking, cycling or drive to the sea, which is only 5 minutes away by car. The sandy beaches of Riva Ligure are nice and clean. The rocks around the beach are wonderful for sunbathing or diving in the clear blue Ligurian Sea. In Riva Ligure you can sail, surf or scuba dive.

This new studio apartment has an area of 24 m2 and is suitable for 2-3 people. Furnished in a marine style, bright and relaxing, you have the feeling of living in a shell. In the evening, the sound of the nearby sea can be heard from the valley.
It is composed of a double bed that can be converted into two singles plus a sofa bed and a large bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a large table, which is great for inviting friends over.

Wine and garden produce make you feel the genuine taste of living in the countryside a stone's throw from the sea. Also ideal in winter.

Pompeiana is located between the cities of San Remo and Ventimiglia, and the French Riviera is about 25 km away. In this area you will find many medieval villages, where a visit is worth, such as Pigna and Dolce Aqua or the artists' village Bussana Vecchia. There's every day somewhere near a nice market: in San Remo, Oneglia, Bordighera and on Friday the largest market of Italy in Ventimiglia. In summer, in the villages are held outdoor events: music, dance and local delicacies. In Pompeiana is a small supermarket, a good restaurant Trattoria, a pharmacy and a garage. A few kilometers away is San Remo. A famous attraction is the big casino in the city centre. In San Remo are in the center and in the coast a lot of entertainment opportunities. For nature lovers is the extensive 'Alpi Liguri', a beautiful natural area through which the river Roya flows. You can make hiking, rafting, canoeing, horse riding or cycling tours. On the coast are numerous surfing, sailing and diving schools and wide boulevards with sunny terraces, restaurants and clubs.
