"Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Woodland Retreat! The home was very clean and well laid out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were neat and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with all cooking necessities. We enjoyed playing pool in the bonus room! The outdoor area was great! We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning, listening to the birds. And we had a wonderful family BBQ on the paver patio below.The hosts communicate very well and were very helpful! They have thought of everything you may need for your stay. Linens and supplies were there for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend this home as a play to stay!Thank you Lou and Shelly for opening up your home to us!"
