Their hotel front desk called our room in the middle of the night and woke us up from a dead sleep … it seems they made a mistake. 「I am not one to exaggerate for reviews, so believe me when I tell you this resort was wonderful. The rooms were super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. We had a suite and the kitchen was spotless. We had a side view balcony and the view of the beach was still great. The deck restaurant (forgot name) has a nice bar, tables, with palm trees for the island feel. The pool is large compared to other hotels/resorts. Outside tables and the firepit was nice. 「This has been one of my favorite hotels to stay at! The staff was helpful and accommodating, rooms were clean and didn’t smell misty. Bathrooms smelled very clean when we arrived. The lobby, hallways, patio and pool area were well kept. The only downfalls were super small parking spaces. The AC’s are economic units which means they auto turn off which was annoying when sleeping. Lastly, the live bands were a BUST all 4 days we were there. 「Room its self had a quick clean job, dust, couple pieces of food along the walls and under the bed. Sheets and blankets were clean. Bathroom was clean and shower had good pressure. Parking is NOT included in the price and is 20 dollars a night. We stayed in a double bed economy room and the building was very loud and you could hear every persons door close on the whole floor. TV is pointless since it’s a smart TV that requires WiFi and there wasn’t any WiFi to connect too! Bring a noise machine...
