"We had a fantastic stay! Sarah was such a warm and welcoming host from the moment we arrived. The beachfront location is absolutely stunning waking up right by the beach made the trip so special. Our room was spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. To top it off, breakfast each morning was amazing! Plus, being able to bring our spaniel along made it the perfect getaway for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to return."

"It's a stunning house. In a beautiful location. Literally on the seafront. The grandchildren loved the pool and my son in laws loved the gym and sauna. I loved us all being together in the one home. A rotary line would have been useful. Also the toaster was very hit and miss, sometimes only toasting one side, other times burning both, all on the same settings."

"The location was excellent, within easy reach, of pubs and beach and local shops. I loved that everything was independently run and was to a high quality. The house has two kayaks which is fun and a beautiful garden which we enjoyed playing cards around the table. The kitchen was well equipped and had extra supplies, tea/ salt/ pepper/ butter/ milk etc. Although there is a spar shop very close so it doesn’t matter if you forget anything. Will definitely be returning."

"Cannot fault the Halfway House Pub. Stayed here for 4 nights..Friendly welcome shown our room by Mike. All staff friendly and helpful. Room was excellent spotless and uensuite was great. Breakfast was very good. Ate here twice in the evening and food was excellent. Great evening spent listening to the Sea Shanty choir. Dog friendly.. No car park but public car park £5 for 24 hours. Will definitely be staying again. Thanks to all staff at the Halfway House."
