「We had a great stay. The family room was excellent and our kids loved the heated outdoor pool which we used when in February! The staff were lovely and we appreciated the little touches like snacks to take on our walks and home baked cookies. We will definitely be back. 」

「Great location, parking, near shops, restaurants and Preston Park to walk and exercise. All staff friendly and helpful especially Galina, Alexandra, Ali and Roy. Room super clean and comfortable bed. Certainly stay again. Thank you everyone 」

「The room was fine, it was clean but a little dated. The beds (2 singles) though were very uncomfortable. One had the springs poking through. On asking for a mattress topper or a different mattress, the response was that this was not possible. Mattress toppers were later added but why indicate this is not possible when it is? We were cold on the first night and requested a blanket. We were informed that the hotel did not have any blankets! After considering moving hotel we were given a second...

「The staffs are all excelent, warm and supportive. The family room we booked was clean enough and with nice furnitures but had no window. But still ok. The hotel is old style so there was no lift which was quite difficult for tourists like us carrying a large suitcases, but the staff had kindly supported us. No air conditioner in the room」
