Really good in general, free airport shuttle, they helped me with money exchange, printing documents, luggage storage. Breakfast is excellent!

This is a great hotel located in an old industrial building that has been beautifully renovated. It's modern, with fantastic design, many great amenities, very helpful staff and located next door to a big shopping mall with numerous restaurants, modern art museum, movie theater and other entertainment options.

As always, it was excellent. I don't usually get breakfast but today I did and of course it was excellent. Many choices and very fresh.

Aries hotel is a Hidden Gem in Zakopane! Great new hotel a stones throw from the main square and the main railway station. Nice sized rooms and comfortable beds. There’s a little bar in the lobby and decent breakfast. For a 3.5 star hotel it definitely punches above its weight.

Excellent location for me - near office and town square. Lovely resorted hotel in historic building. Rooms are very modern and they offer a transportable cell phone to use while in the city - very helpful and handy. Two minor recommendations - update the bath towels; they’re old, scratchy and have some pretty thin spots. Second, back off on the room/linen scented freshener. Too overpowering for me. Otherwise was a lovely hotel and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
