"It needs to be updated. The outlets are so old that my charger was falling out of the wall, the bathroom walls appeared to be vinyl flooring nailed to the bathroom walls. The only way to watch TV was to sit sideways on the bed since it was 90 degrees to the bed. Also it would be nice to have some kind of shower caddy in the shower to hold the shampoo and soap. Bed squeaked every time I moved. Also was very poorly lit. I was expecting Anthony Perkins to jump out and stab me at any moment. Won't...

"Lincoln at the front desk was extremely fantastic and made sure we were taken care of. When we got to our room, it was on the first floor looking out at the parking lot. When I made my reservation through Expedia, I made sure to select a room with a water view. Lincoln was able to accommodate us with a water view without any issues, and we only waited 30 minutes for the new room to be ready. Our room had a balcony and it was absolutely perfect! We had the best view. I will request the same room...

"Spacious kitchen and living room areas. Bedroom and couch w/hide a bed were very comfortable. Had a full-size refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Exceptionally clean and decorated with antique furniture that added to the charm. Also had a view of Birch Bay from our Lanai. Will definitely stay there again!"
